The people were all great!!! I called for an appointment for an oil change and was given a time of 11:30 . Got an email that said 11:00 and at the bottom of the email said 10:30..very confused so I called to confirm time . Person was a bit confused and said 11:30 with hesitation in her voice. I came at a little after 11am just to be sure. Was greeted warmly and told how things worked as this was my first time there. Had a very Big surprise when the oil change and tire rotation was done…..IT WAS FREE!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME.

$85k for a vehicle, wasn’t ready for pickup after a 1 1/2 hr drive. Three days later I still don’t have it, even though all the paperwork was filled out and you have my money. It sat for over a day after being checked into your service department with nothing being even looked at. No updates, I have to call daily. Lack of communication between sales and service, and oops, don’t forget me, the customer. Seriously, if you went to a dealership, bought and bought a new car and only found out you can’t have it. What kind of review would you leave? Would you be a happy customer? I could be waiting 1-2 weeks or more before you find the part. I simply don’t get it. Anyone reading this you have my contact info on a 2026 Tahoe Z.

The manager of service was great.. he made sure my car was near the service entry so I didn't have to walk a mile to set into it.. I loved how they caught that I needed a front end alignment so my tires lasted a long time!
