Courteous, efficient,

Overall service was good, no issues with the rotation/oil change. The only concern is that for the last 3 times I've shown up for my appointment, I had to wait about 10 minutes in my car before I was able to pull in, and check in for my appointment...then, even though I had an appointment it was more than a 3 hour wait (for the last two appointments). Staff were friendly and professional.

I moved to Fort Wayne in 1987 when my husband was transferred to the GM. We were welcomed at Kelley Chevrolet. For 38 years I have put my faith in the Kelley Dealerships! Scott my service manager kept me updated and his professionalism went above and beyond. Chuck Kelley greeted me with amazing smile and made sure I was taken care of. I had picked up some type of projectile in one of my rear tires so I called and asked for the next available appointment. When I brought my truck in hoping to just get my tire patched they let me know it was too close to the sidewall and not patchable. I'm glad to say that they were able to fit a new tire on the rim and get me back on the road in a very short time. Their service is much appreciated.

Service did an excellent job. They had a terrible time to get the parts they needed to complete the job. Wasn't their fault. We are now waiting to get our new 2027 🚗.

Service was great as usual

My wife brought my truck in for oil change at designated reservation time and was told 1.5 hrs it would be done so she waited. She walked the lot to look at new Tahoes for herself then went back in and proceeded to wait for over 3 hours. I asked for my transmission to be inspected since I’ve noticed issues when up shifting and down shifting at times and she was never told anything about that then sent on her way. I got home to my truck and noticed nobody even checked tire pressure in tires since all 4 were different ranging from 60lbs to 74 lbs. My wife said if she’s getting a new Tahoe it surely won’t be at your store. This was very disappointing for me since I’ve purchased several trucks from this store and I understand that shit happens and people fall behind when working but a heads up would’ve been nice so she could reschedule her day around this.

Fast Service

I live in Huntington, IN, which is 26 miles away from the dealership. When they rotated the tires they didn't finish the procedure. Now I have to drive back to the dealership to get any corrections made to my 2026 Equinox. I'm 76 and I normally don't drive to Ft. Wayne unless absolutely necessary. This is an inconvenience for me. I bought my last new vehicle from you and this one. This is the first time anything like this has happened and I do not appreciate it.
