I like the way you can follow your car through the service process

Our appointment was for 8:30, and we were 10 minutes early. We didn’t get out until 10:30!! That’s ridiculous for an oil change that takes 15 minutes. We’ll go elsewhere for our next oil change

my vehicle was done about 30 min faster than last time and my service tech andy has been great all the times I came in

It is always a pleasure dealing with Kelly Chevrolet they very friendly and helpful we are on our 4th Trax and plan on leasing another one when this lease ends.

Took a little longer than expected, but I did decide to stick around and wait. Bright side is there is an awesome inventory of new and used vehicles to walk around and look at while you wait. That is if complimentary drinks and popcorn aren't your thing. Have a seat on the comfortable chairs and enjoy free wifi and the tv.

It was $889.20 instead of $811.59 on the paper... on the costs of the tires? Why are there discrepancy? : (
