Everything was great until I thought about the time of oil change has taken and checked on vehicle and vehicle was parked outside as done. I when to the appointment person to check out the vehicle and the person said, I haven't received paperwork and the chase was on to locate it!!! The work done was great and help to find things was great in trying times!!!

I was charged an additional $50 for a diagnosis although my warranty covered it since I had work done. My sales rep claims its because I did not have the to do the starter but that was not true. Also, my vehicle is not driving right now. My RPM constantly goes up and down now.

My car battery died at Costco. Someone from the dealership came right over. Got my car started and I followed them to Kelley Chevrolet. They quickly put a new battery in my car and I was on my way with peace of mind. Great service!
